KINDNESS GROWS
A farm-based program where people with disabilities teach and lead, empowering children to connect with nature, animals, and kindness. Together, we grow community, compassion, and meaningful connections.

OUR MISSION
Kindness Grows is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead and teach children from the community.
Our farm fosters empathy, connection, and kindness through hands-on learning and shared experiences in nature.

Why a Farm?
Farms have long been places of growth, healing, and learning. We believe that working with animals, tending gardens, and being outdoors nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. The farm setting offers powerful lessons in patience, empathy, responsibility, and community, which form the foundation of our kindness curriculum.

The Farm Experience
The farm will feature:
-
An accessible garden
-
Miniature farm animals
-
An outdoor pavilion for classes and events
-
A learning center with a bakery, flower shop, and farmhouse classroo

In the Meantime
While the farm is still taking root, we’re planting seeds of connection through pop-up playdates. These community events give children a chance to engage with our kindness curriculum in real time.
Hosted in parks, schools, libraries, and other welcoming spaces, these playdates help us build relationships, spread our mission, and give families a glimpse of what’s to come. Each one is a step toward the inclusive, hands-on learning environment we’re growing together.
